Saxophonist, Roy Futaba here and happy new year 2025!
Feeling is powerful physical ability.
You are listening to a certain feeling of the music that you like and its artists' one of a kind feeling.
On both sides of listener and performer, we're always exchanging "feeling"!
Through music, I would like you to feel my feeling and vice versa!
Here is the link for a poll page of the 2024 Cloudvocal Jam that I am participating in!
I'm on the bottom of the page.
Would be great shooting me a vote if you liked!

Roy Futaba Quartet Plays Standards
"Tenderly"
(by Walter Gross and lyrics by Jack Lawrence, 1946))
Noah MacNeil - Piano
Alex Gressel - bass
Goh Izawa - drums
Roy Futaba - saxophone
This is the song that I have been wanting to feature to internalize an authentic groove and develop rhythmical integrities based on the lyrics. Instead of covering the song along with a backing track, I arranged it based on Bobby Caldwell's original to retain the actual vibe and groove he created on the record, and I added a little bit of my own essence. I hope you like it.
